About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our retail leadership team as an Area Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of store managers and associates to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including retail operations, marketing, and merchandising, to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to store managers and associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in a multi-unit or single high-volume store environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with store managers, associates, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
