Construction Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a talented construction solicitor to join our dynamic team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our practice, you will work with top clients on non-contentious construction projects, engaging in diverse areas such as commercial buildings, engineering, energy, infrastructure, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and advise on construction documents, including consultant appointments, warranties, and development contracts
  • Support a variety of sectors including living, office, retail, life sciences, energy, industrials, and transport
  • Assist in pitching for new work and managing client relationships
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in construction law with a non-contentious focus
  • Enthusiasm, proactivity, and a drive to develop professionally
  • Strong drafting skills and practical legal advice
  • Efficient diary and task management
  • Resilience and a positive attitude under pressure
