Nursery Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nursery Supervisor to lead our busy 16-place toddler room.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of staff and children, while maintaining a stimulating environment that meets the developmental needs of each individual child within the framework of the EYFS.

As part of your role, you may be required to undertake additional training in areas such as SEN, Child protection, health and safety, or any other courses necessary for the effective running of the nursery.

Requirements:
  1. A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification, fulfilling the mandatory requirements set out by the CWDC (Children's Workforce Development Council).
  2. Possession of a Pediatric First Aid Certificate.
  3. A Food & Hygiene Level 2 certificate (or willingness to train for the certificate).

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will have experience working with young children and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
