Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team at eTeam. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for driving planning and delivery of technically challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of technical projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to manage and lead projects, communicating commitment levels, capacity, and plans.
  • Provide strategic and tactical delivery plans and impact assessments for technical areas.
  • Ensure governance structures and decision-making processes are met.
  • Manage and track project progress, identifying and escalating risks, and proposing mitigation plans.
  • Work with the team to ensure all quality criteria for deployment to customers are met and coordinate the deployment of features with relevant teams.
  • Contribute towards and drive ways of working improvements.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in large-scale technology delivery, with a solid understanding of complex technology products and global teams.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on technical delivery.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Mastery of project management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to create and drive project plans, and manage technical dependencies across multiple engineering platforms.
