Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head of QA in driving quality improvements
- Leading site-based continuous improvement activities
- Developing and implementing quality strategies to meet business objectives
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Expertise in GxP regulations and industry standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
Estimated Salary
£90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
