About the Role
  • You will be responsible for leading the property interface with colleagues in the Strategy and Network teams to define the network strategy.
  • You will turn data into actionable insights, enabling the creation of a long-term plan and informing shorter-term decisions.
  • You will inspire a team of 5 to deliver high-quality outputs and support their professional development.
  • You will take ownership of business cases for individual property projects.
  • You will identify opportunities to improve property data and systems to support the development and implementation of the portfolio strategy.
  • You will engage with operating businesses and leaders at a strategic level to ensure alignment with the property strategy.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working at a senior level in a commercially focused environment, preferably in Real Estate or Corporate business.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders in effective decision-making.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a broad market knowledge and customer understanding.
  • Able to understand principles and frameworks for successful planning, project, and portfolio management within a fast-paced business environment.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £55,000 per annum, plus full family healthcare, an 18% annual bonus potential, and 27.5 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing with years served, and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates. In addition, you will have access to RMG Share Schemes, family-friendly support, discounts, and offers, supportive company sick pay, and your wellbeing.
