Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Children and Youth Employment Specialist to join our team at UK Groundwork London. As a key member of our Employment and Enterprise Directorate, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing vocational skills and employment programs for individuals involved with the criminal justice system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for effective financial management, forward financial planning, and training and coaching for employment. You will work closely with our Trust Delivery Management team to ensure the successful delivery of our programs.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a guaranteed interview for armed forces veterans who meet the essential criteria for the role.
