Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Operations team at Princes Limited. As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment and repairing faults as directed by our shift lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize downtime and associated costs.
  • Carry out fault finding on a diverse range of automated equipment.
  • Implement and support planned preventative maintenance schemes.
  • Complete maintenance schedules and engage in operational improvements.
  • Actively support continuous improvement projects and activities.
  • Communicate with relevant departments on breakdown and maintenance progress.
  • Monitor the efficiency of equipment and identify problem areas.
Requirements
  • Relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications, including a time-served apprenticeship.
  • Relevant engineering experience in FMCG.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues of all levels.
  • Experience in using CMMS, such as SAP.
  • Experience in Root Cause Analysis tools and problem-solving methodology.
Working Conditions

This is a night shift role, working Monday to Thursday from 21:48 to 06:00 and Friday from 17:58 to 00:00. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining equipment and repairing faults as directed.
