Job Title: Asbestos Specialist

Location: Redditch, West Midlands

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly experienced Asbestos Specialist to join our professional team in the Midlands region. As a seasoned expert in asbestos surveys, you will be conducting comprehensive assessments on commercial, education, public sector, healthcare, and local authority sites.

About the Role:

• Conduct management, refurbishment, and demolition asbestos surveys
• Prepare detailed survey reports and produce accurate schematic drawings
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Work in accordance with UKAS and HSE guidelines

Requirements:

• Hold the BOHS P402 qualification or RSPH equivalent
• Proven experience working as an asbestos specialist, preferably for a UKAS accredited consultancy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to write technical reports and present findings effectively
• Proficient in IT systems
