Estee Lauder - Beauty Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estee Lauder in Manchester. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized experience for each customer, and selling our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and inspiring customers to achieve their beauty goals.
  • Combine creative and technical expertise to create a unique and personalized experience for each customer.
  • Sell our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create in-store events and achieve high standards of visual merchandising.

Requirements:

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup and skincare.
  • A passion for people and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • An approachable and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible availability across days and hours, with a willingness to work variable shifts.
