We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Commis Chef at Sodexo in Queens Hospital, Rom Valley Way, Romford, Essex. As an Apprentice Commis Chef, you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills and work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

• Assist with the preparation and cooking of dishes under the guidance of the head or senior chef.
• Ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean and tidy.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the brigade to ensure service runs smoothly.
• Comply with all Company and hospital policies and procedures.

• Basic food-handling skills are desirable, but not essential if you are willing to learn.
• Previous kitchen experience.
• Great communication skills.
• A positive attitude.
• Willing to learn new skills e.g., Health & Safety, Health & Hygiene, Food Safety.
