Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality work standards.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle diagnosis and repair, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing complex vehicle issues and implementing effective repair strategies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this role:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry.
  • Full manual UK Driving Licence, enabling flexibility in work schedules.
