VRS-UK is seeking a Technical Solutions Expert to join our team in the UK and Ireland.
About the RoleThis role will involve working closely with customers to understand their analytical needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Solution Development: Work with customers to develop solutions that meet their analytical requirements.
- Instrument Support: Provide technical support to customers, ensuring they get the most out of their instrument investments.
- Training and Development: Deliver training and development programs to customers, helping them to improve their analytical capabilities.
- Conferences and Presentations: Attend high-profile conferences, presenting technological advancements in the industry.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
About YouWe invite applications from experienced Scientists with a background in LC-MS omics and/or MALDI imaging. This home-based role requires extensive travel (up to 70%) to customer sites across the UK and Ireland.
RequirementsTo be considered for this dynamic and diverse role, you should possess:
- Expertise in LC-MS omics and/or MALDI imaging.
- Strong solution development and instrument support skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
This role involves frequent travel to various locations, including London, York, Leeds, Cambridge, Manchester, Birmingham, Oxford, Reading, Edinburgh, and Glasgow.
