**Job Description**

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring that they receive the highest quality care and attention.

Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including assisting with daily living tasks, providing support and companionship to our residents, and working closely with our team to ensure that each resident receives personalized care.
