Care Support Worker Role

At IANS Domiciliary Care, we are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our service users in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities:****

• Deliver person-centered care to service users, ensuring their dignity, privacy, and independence are respected and maintained.
• Work collaboratively with the senior carer to deliver an extremely high standard of care to our residents.
• Support service users to enjoy a good quality of life, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
• Assist service users with all aspects of their care needs, including personal care, medication management, and domestic tasks.
• Contribute to the daily records of service users, documenting any changes or relevant information.
• Work effectively as part of a team, undertaking tasks delegated to you efficiently and effectively.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of adults, taking responsibility for their care and well-being.

**Person Specification:****

• A minimum of a caregiving certificate that covers the 15-care standards or a Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA).
• IELTS UKVI test result with a minimum score of 4 in all categories.
• Valid police clearance from the countries you've resided within the last 10 years.
• Valid Drivers License.

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Presentable with a good personality.

• 37.5 hours per week at an hourly rate of GBP 10.75 - 11.75.
