Rate: Up to £19hr with Overtime available
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sliding Head Setter to join our team in Redditch, West Midlands. As a Sliding Head Setter, you will have the opportunity to work with five brand new machines, utilizing your skills to optimize production and meet the demands of our major blue-chip clients in the automotive, healthcare, and aerospace industries.
Our client is a well-established family-run business with a history dating back to 1987, known for their financial stability and continuous investment in their operations. This permanent contract offers stability and growth potential, with plenty of overtime available.
Key Responsibilities- Experience working with Star Sliding Head Machines
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls and Star machines
- Organizing machine schedules and leading junior colleagues
