About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Management Specialist to join our team at Velocity Recruitment. As an Information Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our document control and information management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective document control processes to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  2. Manage and maintain our electronic document management system (EDMS) to ensure seamless access and retrieval of documents.
  3. Collaborate with project teams to establish and maintain document control structures and protocols.
  4. Provide training and support to users on the EDMS and document control procedures.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with document control policies and procedures.
  6. Work closely with the Legal, Risk & Compliance Director to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in information management systems and document control, both electronically and in hard copy.
  2. Construction experience is desirable.
  3. Strong technical skills, including experience with MS Office tools.
  4. Ability to manage a document control team and provide leadership and guidance.
  5. Previous experience with Asite is essential.
