Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Podiatrist to join our team, working with offenders in various locations across the North. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career and make a positive impact on the lives of others.

About the Role:
As a Senior Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing specialist foot care services to prisoners. Your primary focus will be on assessing and treating patients with complex foot problems, requiring a high level of skill and expertise. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes and continuous quality improvement.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' foot health, identifying areas for improvement and developing tailored treatment plans
* Provide expert guidance and training to junior staff members on best practices and clinical procedures
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based care guidelines
* Participate in quality assurance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies

Requirements:
* Registered podiatrist with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council)
* Significant experience working in a senior role, preferably in a prison setting
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes
