Role Overview:

This role involves working with participants in a custody setting, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and reintegrate into society.

You will work closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality services, ensuring that participants receive the support they need to overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes.

About the Work:
  • Deliver group work and one-on-one interventions to support participants
  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing regular updates and progress reports
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement service plans, ensuring that participants receive coordinated support
Key Requirements:
  • IAG Level 3 (desirable)
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations (desirable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions

A competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus:
