Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Ultra SMaP(UK). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing advanced electrical systems, ensuring performance and efficiency.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems and schematics
  • Analyse and optimise electrical systems for performance and efficiency
  • Generate detailed requirements for electrical systems
  • Capture and document electrical designs with precision and accuracy
  • Select suitable cables and protective devices for safe and reliable operation
  • Provide expert advice and review on electrical component selection
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to achieve outstanding results

Requirements:

  • A minimum of HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Strong team player mentality and collaborative work style
  • Previous involvement in specifying electrical components
  • Sound knowledge of Electrical standards and industry best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to excel in various tasks
  • Rapid learner with adaptable engineering approach

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of electronics and ability to innovate and explore new possibilities
  • Experience in designing electrical systems and complex projects
