About the Seasonal Role

We're looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Store Assistant at our Southampton Superstore. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our store runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide a warm welcome to our store.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Assist with replenishing stock, operating cash registers, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Support the store management team with tasks such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer queries.
  • Participate in seasonal events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.

What We Offer

  • A competitive rate of pay starting at £12.02 an hour, increasing to £13.15 for stores within the M25.
  • A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work additional hours.
