About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Director to join our team at Sizewell C, a major infrastructure project in the UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial management and assurance, with a strong emphasis on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer NEC3 contracts with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate payment assessments, change claims, and early warning processes.
  • Develop and implement a consistent commercial assurance approach across the Civils Works Programme, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support to Senior Commercial Managers in Performance Measurement, Analysis, and Continuous Improvement, using performance dashboards and improvement plans.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and pragmatic individual with 3-5 years of experience in commercial/contract management, preferably in the NEC form of Contract and large infrastructure/civils projects. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively across multiple discipline teams and stakeholders, driving the development, implementation, and operation of commercial assurance and improvement.
