Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. This role requires effective leadership, team working, and communication with other operatives and supervisory staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the production process
- E nsure that all products meet the required quality standards
- Liaise effectively with other operatives and supervisory staff
- Communicate with PC and Line controller/management following failed CCP checks
- Collect correct labels from the label room and return unused labels at the end of a product run
- Work in a manner that promotes the health and safety of oneself and others
- Report any health and safety issues to your immediate manager
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in quality control and production management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail
Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
