About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SHEQ Advisor to support and maintain our Integrated Management System. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our SHEQ/COO to develop and implement our IMS system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the general maintenance and administration of the Management System.
  • Provide effective administrative support and document control on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Act as a support function and helpdesk for any queries relating to the Audit Management System.
  • Complete all change management documentation as required.
  • Work to deadlines and send out weekly and monthly reminders for all SHEQ-related outputs.
  • Input data effectively and competently to several different systems.
  • Assist with the documenting of insurance claims.
  • Maintain a compliance calendar with timely reminders for colleagues and managers.
  • Administer sub-contract and Supplier Selections process.
  • Maintain Asset Registers for company infrastructure.
  • Maintain a Register of Site Auditing and Monitoring.
  • Liaise as necessary with COO/SHEQ and External Specialist for advice.
