About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SHEQ Advisor to support and maintain our Integrated Management System. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our SHEQ/COO to develop and implement our IMS system.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the general maintenance and administration of the Management System.
- Provide effective administrative support and document control on an ad-hoc basis.
- Act as a support function and helpdesk for any queries relating to the Audit Management System.
- Complete all change management documentation as required.
- Work to deadlines and send out weekly and monthly reminders for all SHEQ-related outputs.
- Input data effectively and competently to several different systems.
- Assist with the documenting of insurance claims.
- Maintain a compliance calendar with timely reminders for colleagues and managers.
- Administer sub-contract and Supplier Selections process.
- Maintain Asset Registers for company infrastructure.
- Maintain a Register of Site Auditing and Monitoring.
- Liaise as necessary with COO/SHEQ and External Specialist for advice.
