Job Title: Family Law Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Specialist to join our team at Simpson Judge. As a Family Law Specialist, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, addressing matters ranging from fixed-fee divorces and child arrangements to intricate financial disputes.

Your duties will include:

* Managing initial inquiry calls
* Scheduling qualified leads for Case Assessment sessions with the legal team
* Participating in Case Assessments with new clients to enhance your experience and understanding
* Independently handling Divorce cases (training will be provided)
* Independently managing Clean Break cases (training will be provided)
* Assembling Court Bundles for the legal team
* Communicating with the Court to track the progress of Applications
* Assisting with more complex family law cases
* Advocating during Court Hearings
* Drafting Court Applications, Orders, and related documentation
* Conducting daily case management tasks
* Preparing Trial Bundles
* Instructing Counsel

About You:

* An LLB Law Degree or GDL (minimum of a 2:1)

* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
* Organised and precise in your work, with effective prioritisation skills
* Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
