About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to join our prestigious contract catering team in Basildon, Essex.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in planning, organising, innovating, and directing the preparation and cooking of food to enhance our reputation for quality with customers and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing menus that drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, health and safety, and COSHH within the kitchen
  • Fostering a positive kitchen environment where team members feel supported and developed

A strong understanding of sustainability initiatives, particularly those aimed at reducing waste and increasing efficiency, is highly desirable.
