We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our care team and drive the success of our domiciliary care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our service users.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, in collaboration with our care team and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and contractual obligations.

- Collaborate with our management team to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of our services.
Requirements
- Registered Manager qualification (e.g., RMA, RGN, RMN) and relevant experience in a care management role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
