About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall site leadership, including planning, site coordination, safety and quality oversight, and subcontractor management. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide site leadership and direction to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, including scheduling, payment, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, including regular site inspections and audits.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of delivering large-scale construction projects, valued at £40m+.
  • Experience working on commercial, public sector, healthcare, or industrial building projects.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of construction processes, including planning, coordination, and quality control.
