About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience and promote our services.
  • Update and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring that our content is engaging and relevant to our audience.
  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of content for our website, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer service through various channels.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data collection, keyword research, and campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to deliver engaging communications and projects across all channels.
Requirements
  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
