Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, both automated and manual
  • Manage and mentor QA team members, guiding daily operations and technical growth
  • Report key quality metrics such as test coverage and defect rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Backend and Frontend Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Customer Support
Requirements:
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or Typescript
  • Knowledge of automation frameworks like Playwright
  • Proven track record of leading/managing small QA functions and implementing best-practices across teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
