Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Management Professional to lead our mission-critical, high-profile programme with growth and multi-profile project delivery elements.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, offering hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting directly with both internal and external key stakeholders and ensuring their awareness and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a large team prioritising to meet growth and delivery commitments and financial goals.
  • Responsible for managing programmes in the support of delivery of large and technically complex technology contracts, for MoD and commercial customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong Project and Programme Management knowledge, experience, and track record in bidding and delivering complex engineering and technology programmes (75m +) from initial design through to implementation and service integration, working with complex supply chains.

Essential Qualifications
  • Holds a recognised project management qualification such as APM PMQ, ChPP or equivalent.
  • UK driving license.
