Job Title: Support Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to join our team in a care home based in the Eye, Diss area. You will be working for a leading healthcare provider that offers a range of care services, including nursing care, residential care, and respite care.

This service provides support for individuals with dementia and requires all types of care. As a Support Worker, your key duties will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their well-being and independence.
  • Assisting with daily tasks, including personal care assistance, days out, and companionship.
  • Encouraging independence, well-being, and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
  • Ensuring accurate record keeping at all times.

The following skills and experience would be beneficial for the role:

  • A genuine desire to care for others.
  • A good team player.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to show a can-do attitude always.

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.00 per hour and the annual salary is £22,464 per annum.
