Job Opportunity: Reception (Early Years) Supply Teacher

Step Teachers is seeking a qualified and experienced Reception (Early Years) Supply Teacher to join our team in a long-term, part-time role at a "Good" Ofsted-rated school in Northern Finchley. The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging with students and contributing to a positive, safe educational atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons at Key Stage 1/2 level.
  • Maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
  • Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school.
  • Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Comply with the school's policies and implement them reliably.

Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Have recent experience as a Primary level Supply Teacher – Key Stage 1/2.
  • Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
