Job Overview

The AA is seeking a skilled and experienced HGV driver to join our team as an Emergency Roadside Support Specialist. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.

Salary: £32,940 (CE licence) or £29,660 (C licence)

About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable individual who can work independently, adapting to new technology and taking initiative to resolve complex problems on the road. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for loading vehicles onto your truck, transporting them to a garage for repair, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure their day gets moving again.

Requirements

• A full driving category C licence (HGV 2) and ideally a CE licence (HGV 1)
• A Driver CPC qualification and digital drivers/tachograph card
• Comfortable working shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays
• Adaptable to new technology with training provided
