IT Project Manager - Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing IT infrastructure projects, with experience in creating robust project plans and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project deliverables are met.
  • Utilize expertise in the Microsoft estate to guide the project team in implementing best practices and solutions.
  • Engage in risk management, identifying potential issues early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Support networking-related tasks, providing valuable input based on experience in networking technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing IT infrastructure projects, with experience in creating robust project plans and technical documentation.
  • In-depth understanding of the Microsoft estate, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365.
  • Networking knowledge is highly desirable, particularly with LAN/WAN configurations, switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive project success.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.

Working Arrangements:

Based in Kent, you'll spend on average 4 days per week in the office with the flexibility of some home working.
