Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in providing high-quality mortgage advice and guidance to customers.

About the Role: As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on mortgage products, overseeing applications through to completion, and building strong relationships with customers. You will also be expected to gather sufficient information to identify customer needs, ensure all relevant documents are completed in a timely manner, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products
  • Oversee each application through to completion and liaise with administrators and other departments
  • Gather sufficient information to identify customer's needs
  • Build rapport with customers and follow up on all leads
  • Ensure all relevant documents have been completed in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and expectations
  • Possess a professional and flexible attitude, driven and passionate about mortgages & protection
  • The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS Check
