We are Life Kitchens - Kitchens For Living, a fifth-generation British family business known for our personalised and fresh approach to design. With roots dating back to the early 1900s, we create exceptional quality kitchens for discerning clients.

This role is about leading installation teams to ensure that our high-quality kitchens meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for motivating and training installation teams, managing site surveys, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, organise, motivate, train, and manage installation teams to deliver installations accurately and efficiently.
  • Undertake site surveys to ensure smooth installation processes.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and liaison.
  • Represent Life Kitchens as a high-quality kitchen brand by adhering to company etiquette standards.
  • Ensure subcontracted teams understand their roles and responsibilities, providing assistance and training where necessary.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of installation sites and maintain a safe working environment in line with company Health and Safety policies.
  • Manage documentation required for the role, assisting with this process throughout.
  • Lead a motivated team that consistently demonstrates a 'can-do' attitude, reviews performance, and delivers annual improvements.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, i.e., installing kitchens and bedrooms.
  • Previous experience working in a field-based environment.
  • Experience in the building trade.
  • Self-motivated individual.
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels, including site, end users, and commercial/contract customers.
  • High technical knowledge.
  • Able to work under pressure and solve problems.
  • Articulate and well-presented individual.
  • Conscientious and flexible.
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Fully clean driving license.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
