We are passionate about our products and committed to providing exceptional customer service around their sale. As a Sales Account Development Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our growth strategy and maintaining strong relationships with our customer base.
Responsibilities- Conduct both inbound and outbound calls, as well as communicate via email, to drive revenue growth.
- Outbound calls will be made up of 80% warm / existing clients and 20% to an existing client base of lapsed accounts.
- Manage existing customer accounts, from taking orders to identifying upselling opportunities and promoting new products.
- Generate new leads and pass them on to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and other relevant information for easy access by the team.
- Gather feedback on promotional activities and customer experiences to share with the team.
- Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales / customer service role, with a track record of meeting sales quotas over the phone.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both over the phone and in writing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other business platforms.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Full driving licence.
