Job Overview

Mansell Recruitment Group is seeking a highly experienced QHSE Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our Quality Management System and ISO 9001 accreditation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the inspection of products to maintain our world-leading reputation for quality, conducting spot-checks across the organization to ensure products meet requirements at various stages throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Investigate causes of non-conformities and work with production leaders to discuss solutions.
  • Oversee internal audits on the application of the IMS and lead any external audits.
  • Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks.
  • Train new QHSE employees.
  • Ensure delivery of necessary Health & Safety training for all new and existing employees.

Requirements

  • Experience maintaining a Quality Management System to achieve ISO 9001 accreditation.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Quality Assurance management role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in building or working with visual standards.
  • Direct inspection experience, including reading product specifications and schematics and use of tools such as Micrometer and Vernier Caliper.
  • Competence in auditing and risk-assessing manufacturing processes.
