Job Overview
Mansell Recruitment Group is seeking a highly experienced QHSE Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our Quality Management System and ISO 9001 accreditation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the inspection of products to maintain our world-leading reputation for quality, conducting spot-checks across the organization to ensure products meet requirements at various stages throughout the manufacturing process.
- Investigate causes of non-conformities and work with production leaders to discuss solutions.
- Oversee internal audits on the application of the IMS and lead any external audits.
- Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks.
- Train new QHSE employees.
- Ensure delivery of necessary Health & Safety training for all new and existing employees.
Requirements
- Experience maintaining a Quality Management System to achieve ISO 9001 accreditation.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Quality Assurance management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in building or working with visual standards.
- Direct inspection experience, including reading product specifications and schematics and use of tools such as Micrometer and Vernier Caliper.
- Competence in auditing and risk-assessing manufacturing processes.
