Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our team at GAIA RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a Functional Assessor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the impact of health conditions on an individual's daily life.

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires excellent communication and observational skills. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating comprehensive reports, and providing recommendations to support individuals in receiving the benefits they deserve.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time), plus a 5% retention bonus. On achieving remote approved status, your salary will increase to £39,900, with up to 10% bonus potential. Once you achieve face-to-face delivery status, your salary will increase to £41,500, with up to 10% bonus potential.

To be successful in this role, you must have one year's post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic. You should also be fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body, without restriction or conditions, and possess a valid PIN. Additionally, you should have excellent observational and communication skills, along with typing proficiency and IT expertise.
