As a leading recruitment agency, Harrison Scott Associates is seeking an experienced Strategic Client Partnership Director to join their team in Greater London.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client directorship and be responsible for strengthening relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to increase services offered and income generated.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global industry leader in branding, producing print & packaging solutions for renowned corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client satisfaction to an agreed target through proactive account directorship, communication, and collaboration.
  • Actively seek to increase the services offered and income generated to meet individual and team targets.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of the full client portfolio.
  • Develop processes to accurately forecast upcoming workloads.
Client Satisfaction

Continually strengthen and forge excellent client relationships through:

  • Proactive directorship and communication, including face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, conference calls, and email correspondence.
  • Excellent listening and probing questioning skills to fully understand clients and their industry sectors, products, and marketing objectives.
  • Ensuring timely, high-quality reporting from the quality team on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Promoting professionalism through manner, appearance, and delivery while keeping promises.
