The ideal candidate should hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), specialise in Chemistry, Biology or Physics to A-Level standards and have recent teaching experience within the last 2 years. They should aspire to be an 'outstanding' teacher, set high standards and stretch the abilities of all pupils.
