Join Our Team as a Field Trials Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Trials Officer to join our team at Morepeople 01780. As a key member of our agronomy services team, you will be responsible for managing field trials for root vegetables and premium value niche crop production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement field trials for various vegetable crops
  • Manage the set-up and establishment of field trials, including planting and harvesting
  • Prepare presentations for the assessment, grading, and trials work completed
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new agronomy services

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in trials or agricultural R&D
  • Strong knowledge of agriculture and crop growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for the industry and willingness to take on new challenges
  • Spray certificates an advantage
