Oracle C2M Consultant

Whitehall Resources Ltd is seeking a skilled Oracle C2M Consultant to join our team. As a C2M Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring the product to meet business requirements, maintaining business objectives, and utilizing the product's major features.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure the C2M product to meet business requirements.
  2. Maintain business objectives and ensure alignment with product features.
  3. Utilize the C2M product's major features to process basic elements of the C2M infrastructure.
  4. Understand the browser user interface, technical architecture, plug-ins, and characteristics.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional areas like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, integration with CC&B.
  2. Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in/move-out, new connections, etc.
  3. Experience in config tools such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones, and Portals.
  4. Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms, and plug-in points.
  5. Experience in solution design and support.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  7. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  8. Functional knowledge of the utility industry.
  9. Experience managing commercial and industrial utility customers.
