Join Scottish Water in protecting Scotland's precious natural resource.

We are seeking a Sampling Officer to join our Field Response team in various locations across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and deliver water samples to ensure accurate measurements and comply with UKAS-accredited procedures.
  • Work in a field-based environment, visiting customer properties and locations impacted by repairs, often working alone.
  • Represent Scottish Water in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Contribute to a rota covering weekend sampling jobs.

Requirements:

  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Flexibility to work to a schedule and adapt to occasional logistical challenges or reactive jobs.
  • Goals-focused, with a 'sure, we can do that' attitude.

  • Full-time role (37 hours per week), with some weekend working required.
