Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in Automotive Technology
- Develop and implement curriculum materials that meet the needs of industry and employers
- Work closely with industry partners to ensure that our programs are relevant and effective
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Hold a Certificate of Education or PGCE, with a Level 3 qualification in a relevant professional area
- Have recent hands-on experience in Automotive Technology
- Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of industry needs and trends
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment
