Role Profile
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainee Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our incident management team, you'll be responsible for managing gas emergency, mains replacement, and new connections activities, ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of gas distribution assets. You'll also support the team in delivering planned and reactive maintenance activities and deal with hazards and risks identified by others.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for someone with experience of managing people, preferably in a customer-focused area. You should be able to inspire and get the best out of your team, think on your feet while always being safety aware, and have excellent numerical and analytical skills to problem-solve. A full and valid driving licence is essential. If you're interested in developing your career within the gas network industry and can commit to 2 years of training and development, we'd love to hear from you.

Perks and Benefits
