• Develop in-depth knowledge of JLR sites to provide expert guidance to customers on the operation of our UK facilities.
• Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries via the switchboard while generating access control reports.
• Effectively manage the monthly onboarding/offboarding process to ensure seamless transitions.
• Maintain accurate records and working practices aligned with the JLR way.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the reception and access control team.

• Strong background in customer service or hospitality.
• Proven conflict resolution skills or equivalent experience.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities (High Performing Team).
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in administration and IT applications (e.g., MS-O365).
• Switchboard/telephony expertise and experience in access control systems.

This Solihull-based role requires flexibility, as you will need to work at various JLR Midland-based company sites throughout your employment. Operation hours vary across sites, so adaptability is crucial to ensuring seamless reception and access control services.

Jaguar Land Rover offers a hybrid working arrangement, providing employees with more autonomy over their work schedule and location. Some roles require more on-site presence, but details can be discussed during the interview stage.
