Store Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at BP Greggs in Huntingdon. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve excellent brand standards and customer service
- Maximize profit by driving sales and controlling costs
- Process stock counts and orders
- Partner with the Store Manager to set targets for the team
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, identifying training needs where necessary
- Take ownership of customer feedback, responding promptly and professionally
- Support the team with food and refreshment preparation
- Annual bonus up to 3,455
