Night Care Lead Assistant

As a Senior Night Care Assistant at Barchester care home, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants. Your role will involve supporting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
Key Responsibilities:- Servicing medication to residents as required.
- Conducting regular health checks and reporting any concerns to the Deputy General Manager.
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual resident needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
What We OfferIn return for your dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
